Moscato Giallo: Fermentation on the whole bunch. Blending with Müller Thurgau and final fermentation for several weeks in the bottle. Contact time on the lees: 7 months.

MUS · XX is our Pet Nat, made from 2/3 Moscato Giallo and 1/3 Müller-Thurgau, partially vinified on the whole bunch. Two grape varieties that we want to reinterpret and understand even better.
