CHE ∙ XVIII Dolomiti Bianco

Directly pressed grapes, used wood, spontaneous fermentation, aging on the fermentation lees, unfiltered.

We planted Chenin Blanc in the warm Bassa Atesina in the 80s as a variety with good acidity. Today we are still convinced of the good acid structure of the grape variety. Chenin Blanc is an important component of our Casòn Bianco. The comet CHE ∙ XVIII shows the variety in its pure form.
